I called 9-1-1 and they provided me with life-saving directions to help my customer who was having a medical emergency. Law enforcement rescued us and caught the robber. Everyone has a story. They just don't always have a place to share it. All the doctors just kept saying was we don't know what's going to happen, because you are my dad and I was your little girl and I didn't want to go without you. At that time we told him hey look, there's a vent on this. You can die from this. There was an explosion. A plane just went into the World Trade Center. I did come in as a victim, but I am a survivor. You have to have grace, do we think? I'll never forget it, but I'm not going to be held back by it. But we can change.
